The Feral Brewing Company is a proudly family owned and operated hand-crafted microbrewery situated in the heart of Perth’s premier food and wine tourism precinct – the Swan Valley, just 20km from the Perth CBD.
We handcraft a world class range of awarded beers expanding from the usual to the deliciously unusual.
Boris the Russian Imperial Stout from the cold depths of Mother Russia, cough cough, we mean boom town Perth Western Australia. Boris pours jet black in colour with a tightly packed mocha head and a viscous full body. Boris is brewed using five speciality malts including roasted dark and chocolate barley imported from the free economic world. These malts contribute to bold espresso and chocolate aroma and flavours. Boris is a beer to be savoured and free of radical reform. Best enjoyed between 8 to 12 degrees C
Style: Imperial Stout
Get a good whiff of this Feral Brewing beast that explodes with citrusy flavours and hop aromas, rounded out with a solid malt backbone. A farmland of American hops makes Hop Hog a uniquely Feral brew… and just a little fruity.
Style: Pale Ale/IPA
This sneaky little beer is light on its feet but still packs a punch of flavour. We lightly filter the beer to get a vibrant hoppy aroma with a clean bitterness that pairs perfectly with a hot summer day.
Style: Summer Ale
We make sure the gentle bitterness of this beer is rounded out with a classic malt flavour in true porter style. But to make things uniquely Feral (as we like to do), we add a subtle hickory flavour from German malts smoked over Beechwood which gives this porter a truly special and unexpected character. It’s flaming sensational.
Style: Smoked Porter
The one that brought our little brewery off the farm and into the city. It’s a Belgian-styled wheat beer that uses our unique yeast strain to create a distinctive sweet and sour aroma and spicy citrus flavour. It’s such a favourite amongst the herd that we’ll only stop making it when pigs fly.
