8Wired Dry Oaked Sparkling Cider

A tart, dry and oaky cider. Brewed for us by Zeffer Brewing Co.


Made from New Zealand grown Sturmer Pippin and traditional cider apples. After pressing

the fruit at the Zeffer farmhouse, the juice was fermented with wild yeast. To naturally

mellow the acids we then let it undertake a 3 month malo-lactic ferment on oak.

Voila! Cider as (we think) it should be. Dry and not back sweetened.

Anchor Luxardo Cherry Ale

Luxardo® Maraschino Cherries are a far cry from the neon-red orbs that insinuate their way into mundane mixed drinks. Their deep ruby-black color, intensely exotic flavor, and rich fruit aroma make Luxardo® Maraschino Cherries an ideal garnish for a truly artisanal cocktail. So we wondered what they could do for a handcrafted ale. The real magic takes place in our cellars where—rather than dry-hopping this ale—we age it on a bed of these magnificent cherries. The result is a uniquely complex brew that offers the perfect balance between sweetness and tartness, with depth of flavor, tantalizing aroma, ruddy complexion, and a luxuriantly dry finish.

Bacchus Framboise

This frambozenbier, or raspberry beer, is brewed using Bacchus Oud Bruin which sets it apart from most raspberry beers that are based on lambic or geuze. The standout characteristic of this beer is its beautiful balance between sour and sweet with aromas of very sweet raspberries, malt and earthy yeast. Bacchus Frambozenbier is mild and slightly sour with hints of balsamic vinegar. It sparkles on the tongue and has plenty of body. The roast malt contributes a slight touch of caramel. The finish is dominated by sweet raspberries and a mild sourness.

Boon Kriek

Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.

Boon Kriek Mariage Parfait

Kriek Mariage Parfait is an Old Style Kriek of exceptional excellence. 400 g of wild cherries per litre are fermented together with a strong Lambic of spontaneous fermentation and aged on 6,200 litre oak foudres (large wooden casks) for 5 to 6 months. Kriek Mariage Parfait is naturally clarified and referments in the bottle. It is unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings added. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Pour slowly in a flute glass without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing.

BrewDog Elvis Juice IPA

An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense us aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA.

Clown Shoes Mangö American Style Kölsch

Crunkle Sam, tired of being a mer anomaly as a most refreshing summertime Barleywine Ale, targeted a German beer style and bastardized it. He had us brew a traditional Kolsch, but made us add all natural mango flavor. Warning: This beer is NOT Reinheitsgebot!

COEDO Beniaka

Fermented for an extended period, this premium lager features an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. With the combination of high quality malts, roasted sweet potatoes and beer craftsmanship, this beer is unique to the Bushu area, using Kawagoe's famous produce, Kintoki sweet potatoes. Take the time to fully enjoy its full flavours and the slightly elevated alcohol content. Called "Beniaka" meaning Crimson Red, in honour of the colours of the sweet potatoes which helped produce it.

Framboise Boon


Framboise Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wildcherries (5%)are used for this Lambic beer. Framboise Boon is the missing link between beer and wine and is served chilled in flute glasses. NO artificial sweeteners, flavourings, preservatives or colouring agents. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

Golden Axe Cider

The team decided that only fresh apple juice and yeast were to be used - no concentrates or added sugar needed. Of course it also had to be vegan friendly in the best interests of our avian and sea faunal friends. Only the best tasting juice would suffice, and amazingly this juice was being made locally by a good friend. In fact the juice was so delicious it was decided that only the cleanest of fermentations (with as few yeast derived flavour and aroma by-products as possible) would be accepted and oxidation was to be steered well clear of. This regimen would help accentuate the original product, leaving a clear, refined, crisp tasting, and what we think you will describe as "appley" cider.
