Michel Lynch is a family of stylish wines intended for casual enjoyment by wine lovers who seek the flavors, aromas and charm of classic Bordeaux varietals at an affordable price. The range is the inspiration of the dynamic wine producer Jean-Michel Cazes, owner of the celebrated and historic Château Lynch-Bages. His goal was to pay homage to Michel Lynch, former owner of the chateau and a progressive thinker who pioneered modern viticulture techniques in the 18th century. Above all else, Michel Lynch wines capture the finest terroirs of the famed French region and the best each vintage has to offer.
With a bold garnet red colour and a very fruity nose; Michel Lynch Red is very full-flavoured, chewy with plenty of volume, and round with firm ripe tannins.
This wine can be enjoyed young thanks to its up-front fruitiness, with red or white meat, game and cheese.

White young Bordeaux with tropical fruit aromas, peach, mineral notes, vegetables and acacia. On the palate, the smell is confirmed accompanied by delicious freshness and pleasant persistence. The weather conditions of September 2014 were important to give a special touch to harvest. The hours of sunshine well above average and the high temperatures associated with cool nights, ensured optimal levels of ripeness of the grapes and incredible aromatic expression of Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

This exceptional cuvée, finely wooded, magnifies the fruit that characterizes the wines of Michel Lynch. It is the result of a particularly rigorous selection of the best vineyards of the Medoc. Raised partly in French oak barrels, this blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in equal fits perfectly in the Medoc mind.
In a deep red color with purple hues, it is distinguished by a nose of black cherries and mocha, a generous, wide mouth, with soft and chewy tannins, and finally by a long finish with toasted notes.
Goes perfectly with refined recipes like St. Jacques with truffles, monkfish skewers and small vegetables, or Chinese fondue duck and bluefin tuna.
