In 1605, the Fabre family is already winemaker in the Corbieres. Old documents confirm that Fabre, from Latin faber smith were already digging the vine in the South of France. They hold positions of locker St. Jean du Barrou and farmer monks Fontfroide Hauterives Jonquieres Caumont before moving to Gasparets in 1711.
Lively raspberry and tangerine flavours. Hints of Fuji apple and crisp acidity on the palate leading to a zesty, refreshing finish.
Served chilled 8 to 10 as an aperitif, with oysters or beef tartare.
