A unique blend of the four red varietals grown on the Hentley Farm estate, this wine was fortified with a 22 year old oak age spirit dryer than most Australian fortified reds. It provides a complex aromatic profile and a soft expressive palate. For food pairing, it goes well with dark chocolate or a rich style cheese.
